Note:

- No rejection will be entertained apart from Short qtn , product mismatch. CN to-be issued only for the stated cases.
- Payment will be on the basic tentative OS shared by the ops team.
- Dispatch to be closed within 48hrs from billing positively. No delay will be entertained in dispatch delay & will lead to imposition of the penalty and will not be considered from next lot's confirmation.

- After the lot is created, if the Partner refuses to take dispatch, a penalty will be imposed as per terms & conditions or/and closure of accounts/business

- There can be 5-10 of difference in the inventory shared and the closed inventory.
